Calling all "PathWalkers" to walk beside us
and help sustain our TRUEpath journey!
Our mission is to help children, teens, young adults and people like you, walk the TRUEpath in Life. But we can't do it alone.
If we are to succeed in creating the decision-making methodologies, technologies and programs to help everyone, and especially children in their formative years, make better day-to-day decisions and life-choices so they might avoid paths that lead to failure, pain and heartache, we need your help!
This fund is targeted toward covering the anticipated $10,000 or more it may cost to help TRUEpath incorporate in North Carolina as a "Non-Profit" Corporation and to pay the fees necessary to apply for 501c3 Non-Profit status with the IRS*.
By becoming a PathWalker, you'll join us on the path to create better lives and the better world we all desire.
One more thing, time is critical. Please make a donation today!
In grateful appreciation,
Founder and Lead PathWalker
* Please note that your donation will not be tax deductible unless and until we finish the 501c3 application and approval process. It will however be used to fund the legal help we need to prepare the documents and pay the fees required by the State of North Carolina for incorporation as a Non-Profit, as well as the application fees to the IRS in order to receive our 501c3 charitable organization status. Once we receive this designation, and assuming it will be granted within 27 months of incorporation, your generous donation should qualify for tax deduction. The process once we apply, normally takes from 3 to 6 months according to most sources, and although it could take longer, we do not anticipate the process taking longer than the 27 months the IRS allows for donations made during this period to qualify for deductibility.
Please get the advice of your CPA or attorney if tax deductibility is a critical consideration in your decision to donate. Do not rely on our understanding of these issues as we are not attorneys or qualified to give advice in this area.
